REGISTRATION INFORMATION
In order to accommodate
our competitors, divisions may have been added. Please check the web
for any changes in divisions and scheduling! Please *pre-register
whenever possible by filling in the HTML Registration Form online
and submitting it, then printing, signing and mailing it with your
fees to the address on the form, or by downloading the Registration
Form PDF file, filling it in by hand and signing it. You will need
Adobe Acrobat Reader to open and print the PDF files.

Registration Info:
Mail your Money Orders or Cashiers Checks made out to "GREAT WESTERN NATIONALS,
P.O. Box 1536, Carson City NV 89702".
Pre-Registration: For you to be Pre-registered your form and fees
must be postmarked no later than June 23, 2007. *You can
pre-register and pay online between May 15 - June 27, 2007 and processing fees will be waived.
Pre-Registration Fees:
1st Event $30.00, all other events
$10.00 each. T-Shirts $16.00.
At the Door Fees: 1st event $35.00 all other events $15.00 each.
T-Shirts $20.00
Contestants who are unable to pre-register may register the morning of the
tournament beginning at 7:00am
Spectator Fees: GENERAL ADMISSION is $10.00 for adults and $5.00 for
children 5 - 13, children under 5 free.
Registration begins at 8:00am
Tournament Starts at 10:00am
Officials meeting at 8:45am at Champion Martial Arts
